The rum is made using the traditional fermentation and distillation process that has been used in the Caribbean for hundreds of years. The process starts with Fair Trade Certified sugar cane from Belize and ends in your glass with the finest tasting rum we’ve ever had the pleasure of drinking.
Challenge 21 - You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol. You must not buy alcohol on behalf of those under 18. We apply the "Challenge 21" policy to all delivery and collection orders. We will not supply if the person receiving or collecting orders appears under the age of 21.
We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery if your order is under 20kg, and £10 inc VAT if it is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £120 (inc VAT).
For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.
For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.
Keep an eye out for your shipment confirmation email; once you get it, your order will be delivered the next day.
We want all our cusomers to be 100% happy with their order and it is our aim to ensure that all orders are supplied to our customers arrive in perfect condition. You have the right to cancel your order at any time without being charged for the goods ordered within 14 days of purchase.

If you need to cancel an order you have just placed, you can do so by calling our customer service team on 020 8951 9840 and provide your order confirmation number and name. If you call us after your item has shipped, we will be unable to cancel it and you will need to return to us. Please email us at [email protected] with your order confirmation number, full name and the reason you for the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We advise you to obtain a postal receipt or send the items back via recorded delivery.

The sugar cane is grown using organic and sustainable farming methods on small farm plots. Each stalk is carefully hand harvested to maximise the yield and protect the land.
The farmers are part of the Belize Sugar Cane Farmers Association (BSCFA). Aged for 5 years in American Bourbon barrels, FAIR. Rum reveals many aromatics and a deep character.
Style: Brown amber with golden highlights Nose: Note of oak and wood followed by soft vanilla and chocolate Palate: Butterscotch, vanilla, toffee and orange peel Finish: Quiet dry with a roundy mouth feel. Best serve: Old fashioned.
