As soon as the Luxardo marasca cherries are collected at the start of each summer, they are steeped in alcohol with some of the same trees' leaves and branches for up to three years. When ready, conventional copper pot stills are used to distil both the liquid and the solid components, separating the heart from the heads and tails. The distillate is then left to age in ash-wood vats only the heart. The distillate is then turned into liqueur by adding a simple syrup made of sugar and water, bringing the alcohol by volume down to 32%. The flavour is smooth yet sharp at the end, and the perfume is typical of marasca cherry distillate with powerful alcohol spirit and roasted nuttiness with hints of dark chocolate, vanilla and orange marmalade.
Challenge 21 - You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol. You must not buy alcohol on behalf of those under 18. We apply the "Challenge 21" policy to all delivery and collection orders. We will not supply if the person receiving or collecting orders appears under the age of 21.
We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery if your order is under 20kg, and £10 inc VAT if it is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £120 (inc VAT).
For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.
For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.
Keep an eye out for your shipment confirmation email; once you get it, your order will be delivered the next day.
We want all our cusomers to be 100% happy with their order and it is our aim to ensure that all orders are supplied to our customers arrive in perfect condition. You have the right to cancel your order at any time without being charged for the goods ordered within 14 days of purchase.

If you need to cancel an order you have just placed, you can do so by calling our customer service team on 020 8951 9840 and provide your order confirmation number and name. If you call us after your item has shipped, we will be unable to cancel it and you will need to return to us. Please email us at [email protected] with your order confirmation number, full name and the reason you for the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We advise you to obtain a postal receipt or send the items back via recorded delivery.
