Hazal Sahbaz - Store Manager

After graduating with a degree in Chemical Engineering and a master’s degree in business marketing in London, Hazal went on to put her theory to practice as an intern for the well established wineries. Thereafter, Hazal decided to move to London where she would further her business & marketing studies to ascertain an understanding of her field on an international level. 

Soon after, Hazal opened her second London-based shop focused on coffee roastery and bar, which she successfully ran and operated and gained invaluable experience within the sector. While she was setting up her start up business, she successfully completed the WSET Level 3 with distinction in Wine and Level 2 in Spirits. Currently, she is WSET Dip Candidate. 

Honing her managerial skills, communicational skills and now business operations experience, Hazal has placed herself as a valuable asset within the beverage sector.

Now with more than 7 years of experience within the wine and coffee industry, Hazal brings a wealth of knowledge and talent to the fast-paced world of hospitality and management.

Hazal finds motivation and drive not only from her expertise but from her own hobbies and interests. Namely; playing chess, keeping active with Reformer Pilates and being a “culinary travel tourist”.
