Doussot-Rollet Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Les Vergelesses Blanc is a fine, 1er Cru, white Burgundy from a superbly located vineyard, delivering creamy notes of peach, nougat, ginger and roasted cashew.
Challenge 21 - You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol. You must not buy alcohol on behalf of those under 18. We apply the "Challenge 21" policy to all delivery and collection orders. We will not supply if the person receiving or collecting orders appears under the age of 21.
We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery if your order is under 20kg, and £10 inc VAT if it is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £120 (inc VAT).
For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.
For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.
Keep an eye out for your shipment confirmation email; once you get it, your order will be delivered the next day.

Domaine Dussot-Rollet is a tiny, 4.75-hectare Burgundy estate whose wines are being made by Thomas Troussard, a young and talented winemaker, and son-in-law of the owner. The estate is working towards HVE certification (the highest French environmental certification), with no weedkillers used and treatments against disease only when strictly necessary. The vines are old; ranging from 40-95 years. A maximum of 15% new French oak is used across the range, and the wines released 2 years after harvest. The vineyards cover a range of sites in the Côte de Beaune, which, in skilled hands such as these, can offer better value than the more famous villages. The wines are precisely made, forward and succulent, drinking well in youth but with the capacity to age for up to a decade from release. The pricing remains relatively accessible in the context of Burgundy.
The Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Les Vergelesses is Chardonnay from one of the best Savigny 1er Crus, right opposite Corton-Charlemagne. 0.75 ha of 45-year-old vines. Enticing nose of white peach, nougat candied lemon, ginger, cashew lovely balance with a fresh thread of acidity, attractive use of new oak. Compact, with a creamy mid palate, balanced acidity – even better in a couple of years.
