We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery if your order is under 20kg, and £10 inc VAT if it is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £120 (inc VAT).
For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.
For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.
Keep an eye out for your shipment confirmation email; once you get it, your order will be delivered the next day.
We want all our cusomers to be 100% happy with their order and it is our aim to ensure that all orders are supplied to our customers arrive in perfect condition. You have the right to cancel your order at any time without being charged for the goods ordered within 14 days of purchase.

If you call us after your item has shipped, we will be unable to cancel it and you will need to return to us. We advise you to obtain a postal receipt or send the items back via recorded delivery.

Distilled in the year 2000 at Loch Lomond, this 24-year-old Single Malt Scotch Whisky showcases the artistry of our unique Straight Neck and Swan Neck stills. Matured in American Oak and finished in Manzanilla sherry butts, it exudes complexity with notes of baked apple, nutmeg, marzipan, and toasted oak. Crafted by Master Blender Michael Henry, it captures the essence of Loch Lomond's signature style, bottled at 47.1% ABV, non-chill filtered, with natural color intact.
