A juicy, medium-bodied chillable Cinsault from the Roussillon region in the South of France, made by talented winemaker Andy Cook. Unoaked, very low suplhur. Raspberry and pomegranate flavours; deliciously moreish.

We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery if your order is under 20kg, and £10 inc VAT if it is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £120 (inc VAT).
For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.
For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.

Andy Cook has been living and working in the Roussillon for nearly 20 years, seduced by the lure of sun, sea and some of the most affordable old vines in France. He is one of the talented winemakers behind leading winery Mas Cristine. The delicious, low-intervention La Colla wines are completely his own work, hailing from the rocky southern Mediterranean coast in the Cotes Catalanes subregion of the Roussillon. This region runs from Maury right down to the border with Spain, and the vines Andy works with are perched on the steep rocky hills cascading into the sea around the picturesque towns of Banyuls and Collioure.
100% Cinsault from low yielding vines planted on dry rocky soils. The grapes are destemmed then given a brief, gentle maceration with no pumpovers or pigeage. Unoaked and early bottled without fining. Low SO2 of just 22ppm, and moderate alcohol of 12.50%.
This is a light red best served chilled. Packed with upfront vibrant juicy pomegranate and cherry fruit with a twist of pepper and hint of sea air; a true vin de soif.
