This outstanding organic Eiswein from the talented Gruber siblings is made from Riesling grapes harvested when frozen on the vine, creating an intensely sweet white wine bursting with flavours of pineapple, white raisin, honey and lemon curd.
Challenge 21 - You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol. You must not buy alcohol on behalf of those under 18. We apply the "Challenge 21" policy to all delivery and collection orders. We will not supply if the person receiving or collecting orders appears under the age of 21.
We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery if your order is under 20kg, and £10 inc VAT if it is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £120 (inc VAT).
For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.
For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.

After a few years out of production, the winter of 2021 provided the perfect conditions for the Gruber family to produce their magnificent Eiswein from their organic vineyards in the Austrian region of Weinviertel.
This brilliant sweet wine relies on completely healthy grapes that have been left on the vine well into winter. It only be made when temperatures reach -6˚c in the vineyard, freezing any water in the grapes and thereby concentrating the sugars in the must. The grapes are harvested by hand, usually at night, then pressed immediately. The resulting wines are hugely sweet and concentrated yet fresh, encapsulating the essence of the grape.
This delicious wine is packed with intense white raisin, apricot, honey and orange blossom notes with laser-like acidity and great purity. It’s also one of the best value Eisweins you’ll ever taste.
