Made by ex Cloudy Bay winemaker Kevin Judd, Greywacke Sauvignon Blanc has become an iconic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc in its own right. The "Wild" is fermented with wild yeast and barrel fermented. Making it one of the most complex and rewarding New Zealand whites of its category, awash with ripe tropical and citrus fruit but with an underlying savoury, mineral note .
Challenge 21 - You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol. You must not buy alcohol on behalf of those under 18. We apply the "Challenge 21" policy to all delivery and collection orders. We will not supply if the person receiving or collecting orders appears under the age of 21.
We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery if your order is under 20kg, and £10 inc VAT if it is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £120 (inc VAT).
For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.
For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.
Keep an eye out for your shipment confirmation email; once you get it, your order will be delivered the next day.
We want all our cusomers to be 100% happy with their order and it is our aim to ensure that all orders are supplied to our customers arrive in perfect condition. You have the right to cancel your order at any time without being charged for the goods ordered within 14 days of purchase.

If you need to cancel an order you have just placed, you can do so by calling our customer service team on 020 8951 9840 and provide your order confirmation number and name. If you call us after your item has shipped, we will be unable to cancel it and you will need to return to us. We advise you to obtain a postal receipt or send the items back via recorded delivery.
Greywacke was created in 2009 by Kevin Judd, the person responsible for the ground-breaking early wines produced by Cloudy Bay in Marlborough. The name ’Greywacke’ was adopted by Kevin for his first Marlborough vineyard, located in Rapaura, in recognition of the prevalence of rounded greywacke river stones in the vineyard’s soils. ’Greywacke’ is a sedimentary rock that is widely found in Marlborough, consisting of layers of hard grey sandstone and darker mudstone.
Greywacke’s signature Wild Sauvignon is arguably Kevin Judd’s flagship white wine. Fermented in old oak barrels using wild yeast, this is an alternative, intricate style – a textured wine with a lingering savoury finish of tarragon and lightly-smoked tea. A Sauvignon of considerable depth and opulence, created by fermenting Sauvignon Blanc entirely with naturally occurring yeast for an extended period, sometimes for almost a year after harvest.
The classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc shows vibrant, tropical fruit and lively acidity.
