1er Grand Cru Classe Troplong Mondot is one of the leading St Emilion producers. Their 30 hectares of clay limestone vineyard are planted mainly to Merlot with a little Cabernets Franc and Sauvignon. Recent quality has been exceptional, and their sublime 2008 was one of the finest of the commune. Dense and opulent with sweet black fruits and lush, ripe tannins.
Challenge 21 - You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol. You must not buy alcohol on behalf of those under 18. We apply the "Challenge 21" policy to all delivery and collection orders. We will not supply if the person receiving or collecting orders appears under the age of 21.
We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery if your order is under 20kg, and £10 inc VAT if it is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £120 (inc VAT).
For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.
For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.
Keep an eye out for your shipment confirmation email; once you get it, your order will be delivered the next day.

"A wine of the vintage candidate in 2008, Troplong Mondot's offering was produced from yields of 41 hectoliters per hectare and achieved 14.5% natural alcohol. A classic blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, it offers copious quantities of blue and black fruits, a full-bodied opulence, sweet tannin and a fabulous texture as well as finish.
