Château Minuty 281 Rosé is the quintessence of Provence, and in the iconic style of the estate. The 2020 vintage is a delicate wine, but with an intense and complex palate of white fruit and iodine notes.
The most sophisticated and complex of Château Minuty's releases, this premium Provence rosé is rich with ripe peach and melon flavours that are expertly balanced by saline and iodine notes on the mid-palate and a protracted, mineral-infused finish.
Delicate with glittering copper highlights in colour. Aromas of stone fruits are accompanied by iodine notes on the nose, which is very powerful and beautifully complex. The palate is deep and rich with a mineral finish.
Challenge 21 - You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol. You must not buy alcohol on behalf of those under 18. We apply the "Challenge 21" policy to all delivery and collection orders. We will not supply if the person receiving or collecting orders appears under the age of 21.
We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery if your order is under 20kg, and £10 inc VAT if it is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £120 (inc VAT).
For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.
For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.

The Matton-Farnet family has owned Château Minuty, a Côtes de Provence Classified Growth since 1955, for more than 85 years over four generations. It is tucked between land and sea in the heart of Provence. On the foothills above the towns of Gassin and Ramatuelle, overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, the Château Minuty vineyard is exceptionally well placed. It benefits from a moderate marine climate and provides southern grape types pride of place.
Everything for these special wines begins in the vineyards. As part of a continual improvement approach to lessen the impact of its operations on the environment, the Château's vines are grown using sustainable methods without the use of weedkillers or pesticides. One of the last properties in the Côtes de Provence, Château Minuty harvests all of its grapes by hand to guarantee their absolute purity. The operation is run by Jean-Etienne and François Matton, who have a strong connection to their land and have received their knowledge and skills from their ancestors.
