Challenge 21 - You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol. You must not buy alcohol on behalf of those under 18. We apply the "Challenge 21" policy to all delivery and collection orders. We will not supply if the person receiving or collecting orders appears under the age of 21.
We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery if your order is under 20kg, and £10 inc VAT if it is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £120 (inc VAT).
For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.
For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.
Keep an eye out for your shipment confirmation email; once you get it, your order will be delivered the next day.
We want all our cusomers to be 100% happy with their order and it is our aim to ensure that all orders are supplied to our customers arrive in perfect condition. You have the right to cancel your order at any time without being charged for the goods ordered within 14 days of purchase.

If you need to cancel an order you have just placed, you can do so by calling our customer service team on 020 8951 9840 and provide your order confirmation number and name. If you call us after your item has shipped, we will be unable to cancel it and you will need to return to us. Please email us at [email protected] with your order confirmation number, full name and the reason you for the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We advise you to obtain a postal receipt or send the items back via recorded delivery.
Founded in 1943 by Santos J. Carelli, the Carelli winery lies on the plateau of Mendoza, adjacent to the foothills of the majestic Andes mountain range. In 1970, Enrique Carelli, son of Santos first-born son, decided to undertake an ambitious renovation of the winery expanding capacity and upgrading equipment. In 1980s they acquired the Finca Libertad property, expanding production. Today the winery combines state of the art presses and tanks with the more traditional concrete vessels, allowing for a rage of winemaking techniques to be used. The vineyards are worked sustainably with several sectors under organic conversion. The vineyards include a home block which is used for a wide range of experimental plantings as the Carellis continue to push the boundaries of the region in the search for new styles. At the heart of the winery is a philosophy of making consistent wines with great varietal definition and local character at very accessible prices.
